What is a Ledger?
A ledger is a transaction history of an Account. HysabOne creates an Account for Contacts (Customers & Suppliers) and Cash/Bank Accounts.
Each entry in a Ledger contains 5 fields, Voucher Date, Narration, Debit Amount, Credit Amount, Running-Balance.
You can share a Ledger in HysabOne with anyone directly from the mobile app.
I am not an Accountant. Can I use HysabOne on my own?
Yes! HysabOne is extremely easy-to-use, we also have a complete YouTube channel to teach people how to manage their books better and leverage HysabOne’s all features. Even if you don’t know anything at all… Just watch the 5-minute Getting Started video by clicking here!
Does HysabOne let me manage books for someone who is both, a Supplier and Customer?
