By accessing or using HysabOne ("the Service"), operated by Good Tech (Pvt) Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

HysabOne is a cloud-based accounting and inventory management software designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The Service includes features for accounting, inventory management, invoicing, reporting, and related business functions.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Paid Plans: After the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Payment is due monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle.

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and credit/debit cards.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact our support team for exceptional circumstances.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to store or transmit harmful or offensive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

6. Your Data

Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Tech (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your data before termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
